Mobile Applications – Simply put, we are not satisfied with the current state of our iOS applications, and these are being redesigned from the ground up. Supporting full LayoutEngine-based editing in a mobile environment has proven to be a bit more difficult than we initially anticipated. We look forward to getting these up to speed with the main interface as soon as possible, via near-term patches to fix the most egregious issues as well as a more complete rewrite.

Finally. I was so fed up with their mobile apps that I gave up and switched to Tumblr (thanks to the fantastic Tumblita suite.

I have nothing but good things to say about Squarespace’s customer service. I just want one more thing: let me turn off “responsive design”. That’s it.
